My name is Mr. Sangsan Suebmee, Business Development Manager at Geotech &
Engineering Service Limited (Thailand). We are a system integrator
specializing in hydrological monitoring and telemetry systems for government
agencies.

We are preparing a pilot deployment for the Royal Irrigation Department
(RID), Thailand, under the referenced specification DH.110/2558 (non-contact
radar-based discharge monitoring). The pilot is planned for 2026 with 2
complete sets. If the pilot is approved, we expect a larger roll-out of more
than 10 sets per year from 2027 onward.

1) Request for Quotation (Pilot - 2 complete sets)

Please provide an official quotation (EXW or FCA) for:

*	Geolux RSS-2-300WL (or your recommended equivalent model) - 2 sets
*	All required accessories for a complete and ready-to-install system,
including (as applicable):

*	Mounting bracket / installation kit for bridge/riverbank
installation
*	Cables and connectors
*	Power/interface accessories (if required)

If you recommend another Geolux model that better suits typical RID
requirements (e.g., FX100, LX80, etc.), please propose it and quote
accordingly.

2) Technical confirmation (for compliance review)

Kindly confirm and/or provide supporting documents for the following:

*	Suitable for open channels/rivers, non-contact measurement
*	Installation distance to water surface up to 15 m
*	Velocity working range 0.3-6.0 m/s
*	Bidirectional flow support (positive/negative velocity)
*	Outputs/protocols: RS-485 Modbus RTU (preferred) and any other

4) Commercial approach: Direct supply & Project-Specific Authorization
Letter

To clarify our procurement approach, we prefer to work directly with Geolux,
rather than through any local distributor.

At minimum, we require an Authorization Letter issued directly by Geolux
authorizing our company to supply and integrate Geolux equipment for this
RID pilot project. For the initial phase, a Project-Specific Authorization
Letter (covering only the pilot project) is acceptable, so we can proceed
quickly and demonstrate the order volume potential. Once the recurring
purchase volume is confirmed, we can discuss an expanded arrangement for
Thailand.

Could you please advise:

1.	Whether Geolux can supply the pilot order directly (2 sets) under
EXW/FCA terms; and
2.	Whether Geolux can issue a Project-Specific Authorization Letter to
Geotech & Engineering Service Limited for this RID pilot; and
3.	What information you require from us to prepare the letter (project
title/end user, validity period, company details, etc.).

phase, a Project-Specific =
Authorization Letter (covering only the pilot project) =
is acceptable, so we can proceed quickly and demonstrate the order =
volume potential. Once the recurring purchase volume is confirmed, we =
can discuss an expanded arrangement for =
