the ringbuffer file. I think you've accidentally sent me the wrong file, =
since I received one RBF-file (ringbuffer) and one TRG-file (trigger). =
The LOG-file<br>I want should have a preffix of "LOG_xxxxxx...". They =
are also stored in a seperate folder than the trigger and ringbuffer =
files.<br><br>I understand that you don't want to risk the warranty. I =
will let our sales and marketing department know about your issue and =
tell them to send you an RMA<br>and everything that comes with =
that.<br><br>Based on the two files I received from you I would =
determine the following (without being 100% certain though):<br>The =
RBF-File displays 0.0000 all the way on the X-Axis. If you right click =
the file and click on "File Info", you can see that the channel Offset =
is more than 2g, indicating <br>that the cell is broken (you can compare =
it with the other channels offset to see what it's supposed to be). =
However when you do the same thing on the TRG-file <br>(right click &gt; =
file info) you can see that the offset is at roughly 0.06... which is =
quite high but that alone shouldn't be causing the X-Axis to max out as =
it does. I'm guessing<br>since the TRG-file is more than a month old, =
that in the meantime the recorder has received an offset correction =
request, which would cause the X-Axis to get set to 0.00,<br>but of =
course since the sensor is already constantly at the maximum value it =
can display, there will be no visible data on the RBF-file. This also =
would explain the huge<br>offset visible in the file info of the =
RBF-file, but sadly none of this is a guaranteed pointer to the sensor =
being the cause of this issue.<br><br>I have strong reasons to believe =
that this indeed is a failure of the cell, so I do think that just =
sending in the internal sensor could be sufficient.<br><br>However =
again, I can't know that with certainty, so to ensure that the recorder =
isn't the issue you will need to send in the whole unit. Either that or =
you try and <br>follow my instructions in the last E-mail to check where =
the issue is caused. Again I totally understand that you don't want to =
risk the warranty, but without knowing<br>the exact cause you won't get =
around sending in the whole unit.<br><br>Our Sales and Marketing =
