Have you had a chance to look at this potentially failed unit? David has
supplied the serial number, with that and the photos I have populated the
field below in bold. It would be good to get the answers to at least
questions 4, 5, 6, and 7.

1. VWP Serial Number *079798*
   2. Sales Order Number *41415*
   3. Readout used *VWNote*
   4. Sweep Range Used
   5. Excitation Voltage Used
   6. Resistance across the VW conductors
   7. Resistance across the Temperature conductors
   8. A sample of the readings, if possible, please include
   1. Hz Reading
      2. Hz^2/100 Reading *2106.7 when reading, no value sometimes*
      3. Amplitude
      4. Signal-to-noise ratio
      5. Decay Ratio

The more information you are able to provide the faster we will be able to
ascertain the issues and rectify them.

Hi David,

Regarding a Piezometer W4-50-H-T (S/N 079798), we encountered issues with
it. My staff has tested it like your support team used to advise us, and we
still find problems. The readings sometimes come up, sometimes don't. When
they do come up, they are not correct according to the Calibrate
Certification.

Please kindly advise how to proceed with this one.

Regarding a Piezometer W4-50-H-T (S/N 079798), we encountered issues with i=
t. My staff has tested it like your support team used to advise us, and we =
still find problems. The readings sometimes come up, sometimes don&#39;t. W=
hen they do come up, they are not correct
 according to the Calibrate Certification.<br>
