Dear Ms. Alessia Di Cagno,

Thank you once again for your continued support regarding the technical 
compliance documentation for the upcoming landslide early warning system 
projects in Thailand.

As previously mentioned, we are now entering a critical phase of 
procurement, and I would like to share some important updates that may 
assist your team in prioritizing your preparations.

Immediate Focus: First Tender for 20 Stations

The Thai government is expected to open two tenders starting next month:

- Phase 1: 20 monitoring stations

- Phase 2: 120 additional stations

We kindly ask you to focus on the initial 20 stations, as this will help 
us evaluate your production capability and responsiveness under real 
project conditions.

Below is the estimated equipment requirement for Phase 1 (20 stations):

IN-PLACE INCLINOMETERS (L Biaxial, IPI, 1 m, ±14.5°), including 
accessories

INCLINOMETER CASINGS (3 m), including accessories

120 sets

VW PIEZOMETERS (170 kPa), with 12-meter cable per unit

15 sets

RADAR LEVEL SENSORS, with 10-meter cable per unit

5 sets

RAIN GAUGES, with 2-5 meter cable per unit

20 sets

TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY SENSORS, with 2-5 meter cable per unit

20 sets

All instruments will be connected to dataloggers that must comply with 
the official TOR specifications, which include a minimum of 16 input 
channels.

Based on current evaluation, the following datalogger models are 
commonly referenced in the TOR:

- Campbell Scientific (CR6 or CR1000X)

- Thermo Fisher Scientific (DT85 Series)

- Omega (OM-240 Logger)

As of now, we are not aware of an Earth System datalogger model that 
fulfills these criteria, but we welcome your suggestions or product 
roadmaps if available.

Next Steps - TOR-Based Documentation Request

As part of our submission preparation, we are providing you with a 
structured English summary of the official TOR.

Please carefully review each item in the TOR provided. If your products 
meet or exceed these requirements, we kindly request that you use the 
exact wording provided in the attached TOR as the basis for preparing a 
new document that reflects your product specifications in alignment with 
the TOR.

This document should be created specifically for our submission, and you 
are also welcome to include any additional features or technical 
capabilities your products may offer beyond those explicitly required.

We are confident in the quality of your instruments and are eager to 
showcase them in this major public sector project.

The documents will be used solely for internal evaluation and official 
tender submission, not for public distribution.
